I would stick to cash on hand, checking and savings accounts, any stocks, bonds, mutual funds or real estate that you own.  If you have any sort of trust or legacy, include that, too.

I&#039;d only include personal property if was worth a fair sum of money - things like jewelry or art.  Car would be ok.  If it&#039;s not worth $500 or more, it probably isn&#039;t worth listing.</description>
